Birth Affirmations are a beautiful, tangible way to encourage, empower, and uplift yourself during pregnancy and labor! Place them around your house! Hang a garland in your bedroom to read when you go to bed and when you wake. Encourage your birth team to recite them to you in labor! I've used Birth Affirmations myself and find them so beneficial!

I suggest downloading and printing at home! You can also have them printed on thick paper at Staples for inexpensively!
